BEFORE AN ORDER.
Updated October 25, 2026. True Luxury Handbag, LLC, doing business as YNG*LIFE offers guest card checkout through Stripe for the current United States and Nigeria launch. Standard catalogue pieces are handmade to order in Italy after a verified payment.
Live checkout is available only for delivery addresses in the United States and Nigeria. Other destinations are not currently available for live orders unless separately approved.

Standard catalogue pieces are handmade to order in Italy. Read the specific description and selected options: materials can include leather, suede or textile, and not every item is constructed entirely from leather.
Fit references are guidance, not a guarantee of individual fit. Check the product’s fit profile, size system and colour or sole-finish selection. Ask Customer Care before ordering if you need further information about fit, materials or an available option.

BEFORE PAYMENT.
Product prices, any applicable size adjustment, shipping and checkout taxes are shown in USD before card payment through Stripe. The server calculates product prices and any applicable size adjustment from the fixed catalogue; selections in the browser do not set a price.
Taxes are shown by checkout where applicable. A displayed product price or shipping charge does not promise a particular duty, VAT or other tax treatment.
We will not charge an increased item price unilaterally after purchase. If a genuine pricing error requires a corrected price, we will explain it and offer a choice to proceed at that price or cancel for a refund, subject to applicable law.
ORDER WITH
CONFIDENCE.
Guest checkout is available for an ordinary order; an account is not required to order or to contact Customer Care about a return. After Stripe verifies payment, our founder manually reviews the selected pieces and arranges made-to-order manufacture. Stripe payment confirmation is not a shipment confirmation.
This website does not promise an automatic order-acceptance email, order dashboard or other automatic acknowledgement. Customer Care email links open a draft in your email app; opening a draft does not send or acknowledge a message.
For a bulk enquiry, email the products, quantities and delivery destination. We can confirm a written quotation and delivery arrangements. A larger ordinary shopping order is not automatically a bulk order; the selected checkout price and shipping rate apply unless a separate written quotation is agreed.

WITH CLARITY.
U.S. orders travel directly from Italy to the United States. Please allow approximately three weeks from the date of order for made-to-order delivery. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Nigeria orders travel from Italy to our founder in Texas before onward delivery to Nigeria. Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks from the date of order for made-to-order delivery. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Live checkout is currently available only for the United States and Nigeria. Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom and all other destinations are not currently available for live orders unless separately approved.
Standard shipping is complimentary to supported addresses in the United States. For Nigeria, standard shipping is $60 USD per complete order containing up to ten pieces. Each additional piece adds $7.50 USD to that order’s shipping charge. One pair of shoes counts as one piece; one bag counts as one piece. Quantities are counted across the whole order.
Prices and shipping charges are expressed in USD. Applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment where collection is required. Complimentary shipping refers to the standard delivery charge; it does not itself promise that every tax or customs charge is included.
Nigeria: International orders shipped to Nigeria may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or additional local carrier charges upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping is paid at checkout. Where direct delivery is unavailable, a local driver or pickup service may charge separately to arrange collection. Local charges vary and are paid directly to that provider; YNG*LIFE does not set or collect them.

RETURN.
For standard catalogue shoes and bags, notify us within 14 calendar days after delivery, followed by dispatch within a further 14 calendar days using the instructions supplied. Eligible standard-order product returns are prepaid: the Italian manufacturer supplies the label, and standard-order returns go directly to Italy.
For an eligible voluntary return within the stated window, a new item returned in perfect condition receives a 100% refund of its product price to the original payment method. Return the piece new, unworn, unused and unaltered after reasonable inspection. You may try footwear indoors on a clean, soft surface to assess fit and inspect a bag indoors. Outdoor wear and everyday use are different from reasonable inspection. Any legally permitted reduction for actual loss of value must be explained; no fixed restocking fee is proposed.
For refund timing, statutory withdrawal rights, cancellations and faulty or damaged goods, read Returns & Cancellations. Tell us clearly if you wish to cancel or withdraw. An order reference and photographs can help locate or assess a concern, but do not remove rights that the law gives you. Use the prepaid Italy label and instructions provided, not the Texas business address, for standard product returns.

IN PLACE.
These terms and the voluntary return policy do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to withdrawal, delivery, faulty or nonconforming goods and refunds. Where a mandatory rule gives more protection, it applies. Standard catalogue items being made to order do not by themselves remove those rights.
